Ayleen Perez

Administrative Assistant

Ayleen is the Administrative Assistant for the CSRA Academic Leadership team. She has made a career in keeping teams organized. Driven by epistemic curiosity, she has refined skills in organizational design and process improvements to focus on enabling organizations to thrive. With fifteen years experience as an operations professional, Ayleen has had the opportunity to work in exciting and challenging projects. From developing performance goals and objectives to ensure customer success to creating startup processes that were adopted for opening a new division in a global organization to more recently working with local government offices managing data during Covid-19, Ayleen has learned organizational skills and clear communication go a long way. Having studied interior design in the Dominican Republic and worked in that field in Miami, Florida,  Ayleen is a creative design and architecture enthusiast. She uses a combination of her passion and experience to help solve problems and improve function in the office. Outside of the office, Ayleen is actively involved in historic preservation societies and organizations that celebrate local architecture.
