Dylan Harch

Dylan is currently completing his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management, Structural, and Geotechnical Engineering.  He started working with the CSRA under Dr. Siddharth Bhandari and Dr. Fred Sherratt in May of 2022 and plans on continuing his education through a CSRA sponsored Master’s degree at CU Boulder in 2024. His prior work with the CSRA includes contributions to the Incident Investigation and Learning Team, specifically the work around No Blame in incident investigation interviews, and research of the use of Zero Targets in the US construction industry.  He is currently working on a book to share the CSRA’s Incident Learning research more widely.  After completing his Master’s, Dylan hopes to spend time in industry working in preconstruction or project management, whilst retaining close relationships with the CSRA and potentially pursuing a PhD with them in the future.
