Clint Harris

Clint Harris is currently the Director of Compliance and Assessment for California Resources Corporation (CRC).  Clint started his career as a Environmental Analyst in the Department of Transportation and then proceeded to work as Project Manager in the consulting world.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  Clint’s experience has ranged from being the Process Risk Leader, and HSE/Regulatory Manager, and Director of Safety for different operating areas within Occidental Oil & Gas and CRC.

He has lead service provider contractor safety programs, developed safety leadership training programs, evaluated and reported on operations risk profiles and assessments, developed and implemented emergency response drills and incident command teams for spill contingency plans for off-shore and on-shore operations, and developed the company operations safety manuals.  In 2019, he led CRC’s COVID-19 Incident Management Team as the Deputy Incident Commander.
