Kevin Dix

Kevin J. Dix is a global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) executive with more than two decades of leadership experience advancing safety performance, environmental stewardship, and risk management across industrial technology, aerospace, healthcare, and clean energy sectors. As Vice President, Environment, Health & Safety for Johnson Controls, he is responsible for the company’s global EHS strategy, leading efforts to protect people, strengthen operational resilience, and advance environmental sustainability across a complex international enterprise.

A proven leader in high-risk and highly regulated environments, Kevin has served as the senior EHS executive for two public companies, driving transformational improvements in safety culture, enterprise risk management, and operational excellence. His work has helped multinational organizations reduce risk, enhance workforce well-being, improve environmental performance, and create sustainable business value.

Kevin’s leadership focuses on embedding EHS excellence into organizational strategy and business performance. He holds degrees from Purdue University, Boston University, and the University of Illinois and is widely recognized for advancing workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and enterprise resilience.
