Paul Duke

Paul Duke is the Corporate Safety Director for Holder Construction, where he leads the company's safety department and oversees safety operations across the organization's national portfolio. After earning a bachelor's degree in safety from Illinois State University, Paul began his career with Holder as a safety intern at Apple World Headquarters in Cupertino, CA and has since supported projects across all of Holder's core markets.

Throughout his career, Paul has been passionate about advancing construction safety, developing safety professionals, and driving the prevention of Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) events through proactive planning, leadership engagement, and continuous learning. He is committed to helping create safer jobsites by integrating human performance principles, risk management, and operational excellence into daily project execution.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, their son, Charlie, and Bulldog Peaches. He is an avid college football fan and enjoys cooking and outdoor activities with family and friends.
