Guy Hairfield

Guy has more than 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, focusing on Health and Safety programs, contractor safety management, and audit programs. Guy is currently a Sr. Advisor for California Resources Corporation (CRC) within the Compliance and Assessment realm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Administration from California State University, Bakersfield. 

He was honored as the Little League Sportsmanship Award recipient in 1995, for someone who conducts themselves on and off the field with fairness and respect towards others.  He was gracious in victory, and well-mannered in defeat.  Guy then and now continues to exemplify selfless dedication to the team, tireless enthusiasm, and an unwavering pursuit for adequate controls for High Energy Hazards.
