Kim Solylo brings over 20 years of nursing experience to her role as a Senior Occupational Health Advisor at Graham. She has a robust background in Occupational Health, Disability Management, and Mental Health. In her current position, Kim oversees Graham’s Health and Wellness Program, the Alcohol and Drug (A&D) Return to Work Program, and Mental Health Training, Resources, and Support. She also manages Non-Occupational and Workers Compensation claims.
Kim’s dedication to Mental Health is fueled by her personal and professional experiences in supporting individuals with mental health concerns. She is committed to reducing stigma and breaking down barriers to receiving appropriate care. Her contributions to the field extend beyond her daily responsibilities; she has actively participated in Mental Health Research Committees for the Construction Safety Research Alliance (CSRA) and the Canadian Construction Safety Committee.
Outside of her professional life, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughters, traveling, and embracing the outdoors.
