Nadina Holca

Nadina is a Mental Health Specialist at EllisDon. In her role, Nadina analyzes organizational data and trends to inform psychological health and safety strategies, consults leaders on workplace mental health and develops new initiatives to support employees. She works closely with the Health, Safety & Environment and People and Culture teams to evaluate EAP utilization, initiate mental health training, and develop programs to ensure psychological health is embedded within the organizational culture. Nadina completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Edinburgh. Nadina has worked within the field of mental health for many years, such as in clinical research in brain stimulation at Canada’s largest mental health and addictions hospital, within the disability sector evaluating mental health disability claims, and as a crisis support worker for victims of sudden crime and trauma at Victim Services Toronto alongside Toronto Police Services. Nadina is passionate about workplace mental health and has been working with the CSRA as part of their Mental Health Research Team.
