Todd Dinesen

Todd Dinesen is the HSE Technical Manager for Matrix Project Services, a subsidiary of Matrix Service Company. He is a certified safety professional (CSP), has a BS is Business Management, with a special interest in leadership, culture, and safety. He is an experienced safety professional with an extensive career in the oil, gas, and chemical industry spanning more than 32 years, with the past 26+ years at Matrix Service. Todd has held various HSE roles with Matrix Service over the years, from managing HSE on large projects throughout the U.S., to the Director of HSE. In his current role as HSE Technical Manager, he provides direction and guidance across all subsidiaries under Matrix Service Company to drive HSE culture and continuous improvement. His effective safety leadership and experience in strategic planning has provided success in creating direction, identifying opportunities, and delivering proactive safety initiatives. He has been exemplary at building and maintaining strong relationships, with a history of delivering results and surpassing expectations. 

  Todd recently participated with the CII/CSRA Mental Health Research Team and is currently Chairing CII’s RT-412 “A Refresh of CII’s Zero Accident Techniques (ZAT)” research team.
