Seth Washington

Seth has worked in the oil, gas, & chemical industry for more than 20 years. He holds a BS degree in Environmental Management, an MBA, and the CSP credential.  He has a special interest in safety leadership and culture.  He has worked or consulted for several entities including LDEQ, BVNA, BP, and Waterbury Companies.  

 His experience includes major projects oversight, technical safety, emergency response, major incident investigations, safety culture enhancement, process safety, auditing, and the development of safety programs and digital tools. 

 He currently works for Cheniere Energy and manages a team of HSE professionals that provide support to all Pipeline Operations and all E&C major capital projects. Seth also is the senior advisor for all of Cheniere’s crisis and incident management efforts. When he’s not working, you can find him out in west Texas working on his hunting camp.
