Vince Chapa

Vince Chapa is the Safety Director at Primoris Pipeline Services in Houston, Texas, leveraging over 22 years of experience as a construction safety and health professional. Specializing in pipeline construction for the past 15 years, he is committed to advocating for the prevention of serious injuries and fatalities by using new and emerging evidence-based safety methods and tools to help construction workers be successful. Vince serves as the Safety Committee Chairman of the American Pipeline Contractors Association and contributes as a Standing Committee Member for Workplace Outreach and Leadership Development at the INGAA Foundation. He is also actively involved with the Construction Safety Research Alliance, participating in its Return-on-Investment research team. Vince holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health. Based in Katy, Texas, he resides with his wife, two sons, and dog.
