Patrick Winkel

Patrick Winkel currently serves as the Vice Chair of the EEI Occupational Safety and Health Committee. Patrick has worked at Consumers Energy for 15 years with varying roles within the Corporate Safety and Health team. Patrick’s previous roles include managing industrial hygiene programs, leading the operations safety team and now leads the safety strategy and compliance team within Corporate Safety and Health. Patrick has a BS degree in Environmental Health from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and a MS degree in Industrial Hygiene from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
