Adam Mack

District Safety Manager

Adam Mack began his construction career in 1999 framing houses, gaining the hands-on experience that has grounded his approach to leadership in the field. He joined Sundt Construction in 2005 as a concrete form carpenter and has since advanced through a variety of roles in both operations and project management. His work spans the full spectrum of construction delivery, from boots-on-the-ground execution to leading large-scale builds.

Currently serving as a District Safety Manager in California, Adam has spent the past three years leading the implementation of Sundt’s Stop the STCKY program, focused on eliminating serious injuries and fatalities in the construction industry. His work is driven by a deep passion for building, a strong commitment to safety, and a results-oriented approach that puts people first.
