• Led the development and management of the Global Alternate energy Power business HS including Project development, execution and Operation for Solar and onshore and offshore in German, France, and UK.  

• Large HSSE organizations and teams for both project (18,000 and 12,000 onsite personnel) operations, (over 4000 Employees and Contractors), to achieve project / operational goal and exceed business expectations.  

• Develop business development and growth strategy including contractual and contractor Safety management requirements and terms.  

• Negotiation and consultation with first nations and regulatory stakeholders on marine Emergency Response, Heath, and medical services management.  

• Develop complex Technical and Non-Technical HSSE&ER Management Frameworks
