Before joining the CSRA, Nathan managed administrative and financial operations for nonprofit and private-sector organizations, overseeing budgets, scheduling, event coordination, and workflow improvements. His diverse background has strengthened his organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder and is committed to building efficient systems that foster collaboration and operational excellence.
