Nathan Bala

Nathan Bala is an administrative professional with a passion for organization, communication, and creating seamless experiences for both colleagues and members.  

Before joining the CSRA, he supported nonprofit and private-sector organizations by managing administrative and financial processes, coordinating events, maintaining schedules, and providing day-to-day operational support. His diverse background has strengthened his attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to keep complex priorities organized and operations running smoothly. 

At the CSRA, Nathan provides administrative support for research programs, meetings, and events, helping ensure that day-to-day activities run efficiently. He enjoys working behind the scenes to assist researchers, industry partners, and colleagues while contributing to a collaborative and welcoming environment. 

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder and is committed to providing reliable, detail-oriented support that helps the team achieve its mission.
