Nathan Bala

Nathan Bala is an administrative and operations professional with experience supporting financial processes, organizational operations, member engagement, and executive coordination. In his current role as Administrative Assistant with the Construction Safety Research Alliance (CSRA).

Previously, Nathan managed administrative and financial operations for nonprofit and private-sector organizations, overseeing budgets, scheduling, event coordination, and workflow improvements. His diverse background has strengthened his organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder and is committed to building efficient systems that foster collaboration and operational excellence.
